Our new LX coating material
Strong belts for a strong appearance: Our new TPU material LX is characterized by special durability and improved cut resistance. The LX 1812 version has also been specially developed for particularly high pressures.
The structure of the belt and the materials used ensure the high resilience of the belts: an endless special fabric – highly tear-resistant and with low elongation – and a textured surface coating made of thermoplastic polyurethane. This prevents the piercing of sharp or pointed objects such as poultry bones during the cutting process.
