All renowned manufacturers of cigarette and filter machines use our tapes in their machines. As the world market leader, we are therefore aware of our special responsibility. We pay great attention to the quality of our endless suction and garniture tapes.
One element here is the quality of the raw material. The wear resistance and running properties of an overall system depend largely on this. We therefore manufacture our garniture tapes from natural fibers, synthetic fibers or mixed fibers – always according to your requirements. Suction tapes are made exclusively from synthetic monofilaments.
Whether it’s a standard or special material: Our garniture tapes always guarantee an ideal friction coefficient between the tape and paper.
Our suction tapes provide optimum running properties for a very wide range of tobacco blends. A variety of surface textures are required for this. With different tape roughnesses (from very rough to smooth) and air permeability values, we offer a broad product range for all tobacco types and blends.
Our drum tyres for the tobacco industry are made for all common filter and cigarette machines. In our assortment you will find various types with and without profile and in all dimensions – all of them in the usual Schlatterer quality and with high availability.
