Our company
Max Schlatterer has been a family business with steadfast traditional values for over 75 years now. The company and its brand Esband stand for reliability, independence, high quality and responsibility. These are all features that form the basis of our work.

History
German entrepreneur Max Schlatterer founded the company in 1948. He not only laid the foundations for our work today, but also gave the company its name.
First steps and production took place in the founders own home – the House “Black Forest” in Herbrechtingen in southern Germany. In the following decades the company grew in size, number of employees and product variety. In 2021 the new headquarters were established in the industrial park “Vohenstein” in Herbrechtingen, Germany.
With a growing portfolio and increasing international presence over the years, the first international subsidiary was founded in 2022: Esband USA Inc..
