The Vacuum Timing Belt (VFFS) is a special timing belt for our customers’ specific production requirements. For many years the Max Schlatterer GmbH & Co. KG has been and still is a reliable partner of well-known OEMs of the packaging industry. Additionally a significant number of distributors and end-users worldwide rely on the Esband quality. We can not only offer current market versions of the VFFS belt but also specially made solutions in accordance with customer requirements.
Esband tube winder belts are durable and reliable parts of different production processes: They are used in the production of paper or cardboard tubes for toilet or kitchen paper rolls, tubes for industrial packaging or for the production of paper straws.
Manufactured from an endless base material and therefore without junction they prove to be durable and reliable in every situation.

The belts are produced in a literally endless manufacturing process which guarantees an absolutely homogeneous surface as well as perfect weighing results. Many of our customers have been relying on this quality in various applications for years.
The ESBAND Silicone Pressure Rollers are used for example to hold down transport goods or to attach labels on uneven surfaces. When pressing the labels, adhesive residues may remain on the pressure rollers. The most reliable alternative in this case is the ESBAND silicone pressure roller or the ESBAND foam roller coated with silicone.

An particularly outstanding characteristic of our drive belts is that they perform tasks where others fail: On the smallest bending radii or when there is repetitive bending. This is possible because we manufacture drive belts that have uniform elongation values, tensile strengths and thickness tolerances over their entire length. Being so homogeneous and without weaknesses, in the production process they guarantee high precision, low vibration and low noise.
